• Use the platform only for legitimate financial advisory matching purposes
• Comply with all applicable Singapore laws and regulations

• Not attempt to circumvent our security measures or disrupt platform operations

3. Financial Advisor Verification

We only introduce firms listed on the MAS Financial Institutions Directory, but we do not guarantee their performance, recommendations, or suitability for your specific needs. We recommend conducting your own due diligence before engaging any advisor's services.

4. No Financial Advice

FinancialAdvisor.com.sg does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or investment services. Any financial advice is given directly by the firms we introduce you to, under their own MAS licence or exemption. We are not responsible for the quality or outcomes of such advice.

5. Fees and Charges

Our matching service is free for clients. Financial advisory firms we introduce you to may pay us a referral fee. Any fees or charges for financial advisory services are between you and the advisor directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, FinancialAdvisor.com.sg shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or services provided by matched advisors.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). By using our platform, you consent to such collection and use.
